JFS counselling fees are affordable and available on a sliding scale based on family income and size. We accept third party coverage programs and our counselling services are covered by most workplace and private health care and insurance plans.

JFS is proud to announce that it is a counselling partner in the Victims Quick Response Program (VQRP) of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. When the funding for those who have qualified for VQRP ends, JFS will assess clients who wish to continue their counselling journey according to a sliding scale, in order to allow for continued work with the same counsellor. The fee will be assessed according to the client’s income and the number of dependents he/she has.

All inquires for counselling can be directed to the intake counsellor who will assist you in considering your service options.

Please direct all inquiries to Rebecca Fromowitz, Intake Counsellor, Counselling Group Manager, at 613.722.2225 ext. 410, rfromowitz@jfsottawa.com.
