Many seniors tell us that they would like to stay in their home as they age. To do this safely and with dignity, some in home services may be necessary. The Thelma Steinman Seniors Support Services Unit and the Engaging Immigrant Seniors Project offer a brokerage service for finding help in the home. If you require a homemaker, light housekeeping, meal preparation , yard cleaning, snow removal, personal support care or companion care, call us and we can help you. These services are available through various means: fee for service, CCAC if eligible or the city program for low income seniors. A social worker can assist you in finding a good match for your situation.
