KOSHER MEALS ON WHEELS
Most seniors tell us that, given the choice, they prefer to continue living in their own homes. - The Senior Services Unit at Jewish Family Services of Ottawa is designed to assist seniors and their families in accessing the resources and services needed to maximize independent living and enhance quality of life.
Kosher Meals on Wheels' volunteers deliver nutritious kosher meals Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday for the low cost of $9.00/meal. Each meal includes soup of the day, a starch selection, a vegetable, and a desert. Please note that roast chicken is available Mondays and Fridays as an alternate option.
